About the book
Mario Puzo's crime novel follows the Corleones, an invented Mafia clan based in New York City and on Long Island whose head, Vito Corleone, is the Godfather of the title. Spanning 1945 to 1955, with a backstory that traces Vito from childhood to adulthood, it shows the family's rackets in gambling, protection and the unions, and the cooperation among New York's crime families after World War II. At its center is Vito's son Michael, who wants an Americanized life of his own with his girlfriend, Kay Adams, apart from the family's affairs. The novel brought words such as consigliere and omerta to English readers and became the 1972 film that won the Academy Award for Best Picture.
Officelovin founder Michal Ptacek calls it his favorite book and rates it slightly above the film, and writer and anxiety coach Nicky Cullen picked it because he could not put it down.

My most favourite book is Godfather by Mario Puzo. I think it is even slightly more interesting and better than a movie which is almost perfect. Total masterpiece :)
Nicky Cullen (Writer, Anxiety Coach)
That is such a tough question. I'm going to say The Godfather because I couldn't stop until it was finished.
