James Altucher

James Altucher is an entrepreneur, angel investor, hedge fund manager, venture capitalist, bestselling author, blogger, podcaster and chess master. He has founded 20 companies, 17 of which have failed, and invested in over 30. He’s lost all his savings a few times, his marriages, suffered several breakdowns, and he shares the lessons he learned along the way in the most transparent way. Altucher is the author of 18 books, including the bestsellers “Choose Yourself”, “Reinvent Yourself” and “How to be the Luckiest Person Alive”. He launched a podcast in 2014, where he talks to artists, authors, billionaires, investors, astronauts - overall, some of the greatest innovators and peak performers in the world, all who forget their own paths and found financial freedom. In 2006, Altucher founded StockPickr, a community-based trading website that offered stock picks. It was sold to TheStreet.com for $10 million. In 2017, Altucher moved into advising on cryptocurrency investing.
